Our Sports Performance Training Center is located in the heart of north Scottsdale, on the southwest corner of Hayden & Redfield. The 10,500 square foot facility features designated spaces to focus on speed and agility training, flexibility & mobility, age-appropriate strength development, as well as Sports performance training for all sports!
Sports Performance Training Program
- Ages: 6-13 years old
- Food: Snack and lunch provided! Please bring a water bottle for your athlete.
- Agenda: Athletes will compete in sports skills, games, fun activities, and sports performance training
